Expressions of Interest

As part of our new initiatives, we would like to support the development of technical content for and by you, the Australasian simulation community!  Do you have an idea about a white paper or a how to guide that you would love to see developed?  Are there other technical materials that you think we should support?  Well here is your chance to let us know!

Right now we are collecting ideas for white papers, best practice guidelines, how to guides, etc. that you would like to see written.  We will collate your suggestions and on 20 July 2020, we will send around a survey to identify the most popular topics.  Following this, a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued, encouraging any of our current members, or groups of members to submit their proposal for undertaking the piece of work.  IBPSA Australasia will provide a financial contribution for the successful proponent – amount TBC, however we anticipate it to be in the order of $2,000 - $3,000.

If you would like to submit an idea for consideration, please send an email to by 15 July 2020. Please note that there is no commitment for you to personally develop suggestions you send in - at this point, we are purely looking for feedback on the sorts of topics you would like to see developed.
