2026 AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the INTERNATIONAL BUILDING PERFORMANCE SIMULATION ASSOCIATION (IBPSA) - AUSTRALASIAN BRANCH INCORPORATED (“IBPSA Australasia”) is called for and will be held by Teams Meeting on the 19th October 2026 at 4.00pm AEST with the following agenda:

1. Call to order; determination of number of members present in person and by proxy.

2. Review of the financial year 2025/2026 accounts.

3. Election of Committee Positions – all positions are open for election (refer Committee Terms of Reference)

4. Review of IBPSA Australasia’s strategic direction.

5. Consider IBPSA Australasia’s alliances and relationships with other organisations.

6. Establish activities for 2027.

7. Special business, member motions and any other business.

At the AGM we will be electing committee members (both office bearers and non-office bearers). In preparation for this, nominations for candidates for election are invited.

There are seven current Committee Members, being:

• President: Incumbent – Quentin Jackson (Office Bearing)

• Vice-President: Incumbent – Priya Gandhi (Office Bearing)

• Treasurer: Incumbent – Nicki Parker (Office Bearing)

• Secretary: Incumbent – Erica Chan (Office Bearing)

• Education: Incumbent - PC Thomas (Non-Office Bearing)

• Marketing & Industry: Incumbent - Noni Nuriani (Non-Office Bearing)

• Events: Incumbent - Preeti Chandak (Non-Office Bearing)

All positions are open to nominations for election. The nomination must be:

• made in writing, and

• accompanied by the written consent of the candidate to the nomination, and

• given to the secretary at least 7 days (12 October 2026) before the date fixed for the annual general meeting at which the election is to take place.

The nomination should list name, the committee position(s) being sought, and a brief summary of how the candidate intends to contribute to the Association.

An office-bearer may hold up to 2 offices, other than both the offices of president and vice-president.

Nominations should be forwarded to ibpsa@ibpsa-australasia.org prior to 5pm on 12 October 2026.
